Help with Support / Agent is just Copypasting his Answer

Hi there,

this forum is the last idea i got to get my problem solved.
I ordered the biggest supporter pack with the physical goods (artbook, hoodie, shirt).

My problem is that due to the letter limitation on the adress site i wasnt able to put the letter ö inside the streetname.
I used oe instead which is common here in germany.
I still wanted to be sure and wrote a mail to the support and described said problem.
I got an answer that i need to tell them my gametag, characternames, correct shipping adress etc.

So i did - i answered the mail that the agent can see the progress and everything communicated before.

After days with no response i again replied to the mail and got the same answer again.

He again wants me to tell him ALL information (ID, Character name and new adress) with a full explanation of my problem.

He was just copypasting and i think he really did not read my full mail.
If he did he would see that he already got all the informations he needed to help me.


So please can anybody from ggg at least tell me that everything is ok with my order?
Im really getting to the point to cancel everything because im so frustrated.

A simple "we recieved everything we need, and will proceed your order or shipment" is everything i need to stay sane so please can anybody help me?
