Feature request on information and message delivery

Truly enjoying the game as the most of us. Some small things are rubbing the wrong way.

1. Information on Maintenance and downtimes. Pretty much an industry standard in multiplayer games is that an onscreen message is shown about coming downtime. During the maps etc. we don't have time to check tweetx or chats and the downtime appears to be just pulling the plug and we lose citadels etc. Kind request for onscreen info on 30mins and 5mins for example.

2. During mapping, when we encounter breaches, rituals etc, a map pin should be posted on the map. Maps are huge and when returning for breaches etc. it would be nice to be able to go straight to it.

3. I would love to see which cosmetic items on poe shop are already usable in POE2. A small icon on the corner ( II ) with a tooltip saying " usable on both poe 1 and poe 2" would be enough. I'm so vain that I would've used more money on the shops :)
