Teamplay? Pro and Cons? Improvements?

After I heard that you can play with 5 friends, I was really hyped, as well as my friends.
But now after over 550 hours of gameplay, teamplay doesn't feel really good.

That monsters are getting stronger and harder depending on how many players are playing is totally fine. But loot-wise it mostly feels more bad than playing alone.
And the biggest problem for us was, that the map isnt beeing shared by everyone which would be a great improvement! Please let us see the mini map discovery progression of other players!
It would also be nice, if the game decided which loot is for what player, just write it on the bottom of the loot/item text.

We also dont know if we get any boni for playing in a team, like rarity bonus or exp bonus? It would be great if GGG would be more transparent in the topic teamplay.

PS:
Can we please also add, that the pets at least collect the gold?
