Trial of Chaos Stuck Lever

Cleared all mobs in trial of chaos in the first room, yet the lever cannot be activated for the elevator. Made sure all mobs are cleared and there is no object to guard other than activating the lever. Wasted 20 min trying to figure it out. Hopefully this gets fixed soon ^_^. https://ibb.co/6060B7mc
