Present data on how many support tickets there are catagorised by date of filing
I have now been waiting since the 15th of December for help since my 300 EA coins are on another account than where my characters are.
The only thing I know are the following: * If I get in touch with your support my waiting time gets reset * You had 75 000 open support tickets open a while back What I do not know are the following: * If my ticket is still open * Where in the queue I am * How much longer I have to wait To alleviate frustration you should: Present how many open support tickets you have Categorise them by: 1. Date of filing 2. Date of last customer activity (that may have reset the waiting time) With this I can at least know how many are in the queue before I get help Soon I will have waited two months and at that date I will have to explore other venues to get access of my 300 EA coins.
