Monitor configuration

I play on the monitor connected to my laptop and I save these settings that are highlighted in the screenshot.
But every time I turn off the laptop or restart the system, the game opens on the laptop screen instead of the second screen.

All the other settings I make remain, volume, filters, HUD, etc.

However, these three options that I show always reset. Even if I save after making the changes, please fix this, it is very annoying having to keep changing them every time I want to play.
