My main account was stolen

The hacker changed my email and other information
I can no longer log in to that account.
I was last able to log in on 23/1/2025 GMT+7 (Thailand time zone)
I have tried to request a password reset several times but have not received any message in the email And I have sent you several emails
I reported the problem on the 24th but haven't received any response
Information about the hacked account was in the email I sent
Or please add a contact channel for account recovery that is separate from the contact channel for general problems
I am very worried
Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible. I hope to hear good news from you soon.

Any password reset codes or links are sent to the linked email address, if they have changed it then it would be going to their email.

FYI not only dose the hacker have access to your game account details but they also have access to your email as well.

Yes as you said my email got hacked after I changed my password last time
And I think hacker changed email address used to link account and information of path of exile account
i can't access path of exile account anymore

now I have recovered that email
