Being ignored by PoE support for 1 month

Ive been ignored by poe support for 1 month now. Im constantly emailing them to help me with a mail change on this account that ive had since 2013. I got a mail telling me to provide furhter details of the account such as some character names, which I did. The names may have been abit unpleasant to read but i was in a funky period of my life at the time.
Been sending them 1 mail a week and they refuse to answer. Just paid alot of money for the support pack to play the game but I cant because they refuse to answer my god damn emails. WHATS GOING ON WITH GGG???? Last bumped on Jan 28, 2025, 8:39:36 PM

" Every time you email support, you put yourself at the back of the support queue. Only email once, then only reply when asked. Be patient, support will respond eventually. 😹😹😹😹😹
