Forum's feedback being unhelpful

Everyone is really good at telling (GGG) that there is something wrong and that (insert thing) here isn't helping. And all of that is legitimate and important.

However with the amount of threads being opened by the minute, I don't feel there is any way to meaningfully sift through the information to get good feedback to the developers themselves without sifting through hundreds of bickering posters.

I have an entire text document going over my experiences with the game, all the issues I've had and some ideas on how to address them. But I feel overall posting this on a forum would be pointless, and silly...

Why is the only way to submit feedback a forum thread on a website, and not some ticket a player can open. It's more user friendly and less prone to getting drowned out. And If it's helpful can be brought to the attention of both higher ups and developers quickly. Or subsequently tossed into the virtual recycling bin if it's pointless.

While a forum is great for bug posting and raising awareness of issues it's entirely unhelpful when people become vitriolic.

When they show that they care and addressed the feedback then we can talk nicer. Until then it's understandable that you see a lot of complaints.

Yup pretty much.

And then its up to them to remove it or not.

Posters like the one above seem to think the community managers are also devs or have some impact on game changes directly.

Mash the clean
Nothing that I said had anything to do with whatever this Mash guy is talking about.
It's more how you responded than anything that you said swoOplt, I mentioned vitriol and the way you responded portrayed a strong word tone, thus the justifiable reaction from Mashgesture
There is close to 0 feedback expected on a forum with mass users to be honest.
This is a place for people to vent, talk, have an opportunity to feel included.

You take decisions based on data, because customers are the worst to express themselves. You listen to their actions, not their words.

Clueless ppl, different backgrounds, tryharders, pros, rage, analysis, feelings, feedback formating, priorities, bad faith, etc... any of those, and mostly combination of those, make that feedback is a thing that only work on a 1 on 1 design situation.
As soon as you're dealing with masses, expressed feedback can mostly get to the bin. You need very specific environment for feedback to be usable (and even that is dangerous, because you can fall in an echo chamber, get disconnected because of an unrepresentative sample of ppl etc).
I agree with all of the things you have stated, In addition it is for that exact reason that ticket based feedback is incredibly helpful. As it helps you identify constructive feedback from, random sillyness.

The amount of forums (GGG) will have to scroll through is insane. For a scrap of help from the community. Data can back up a lot of things but to truly test things you need a feel for how something plays.

On paper Slam skills are strong but they don't feel strong due to animation Time. And worse act 2's honor system.
Because those who come here to post are already impatient with the game's problems, so everyone is very angry. If the game is fine and plays smoothly, who would come here to post?LOL

This place is equivalent to a placebo, just a decoration.
