Insane Lag - Sao Paulo Gateway

What is the reason for the insane lag in Sao Paulo, Brazil gateway ? Played poe2 since launch and never experienced such lag spikes, legit died on trial of sekhemas because of it!

Same thing here, when I'm not moving the ping is between 30-40 ms but it keeps spiking to 180-200 ms. It doesn't make any sense for me to have a lower ping on the US server than in my own country.

has this issue been explain or resolved? im getting significantly more ms these past few days and i dont know whats causing it
