Item vanishing into air

Hello,

today, I encountered a strange bug, where my wand misteriously vanished into thin air. I was refunding my passives and then I check my dps, hold up, wait a minute, something aint right. My dps went down from like 480k on spark to 190k. So then I check my gear and my wand is apparently gone ? Now for those who understand, it was a good wand, and currently, im broke, so i cant even afford to buy a ''decent' wand. I can't farm simulacrums anymore, becouse I just die. Fix this issue maybe ? I see a lot of forum posts of people reporting items vanishing into thin air. I want my wand back.
