Disconnection error after after a couch co-op session to a single controller.

The bug is simple to reproduce.

1. Connect with two controllers to play two characters (P1 and the P2) (mines are PS5 DualSense & Xbox 360 both on wired connection)

2. Go back to character selection screen

3. Use any of the controllers to play as P1

After logging in, there will be a disconnect error and you find yourself on the login screen. The 2nd attempts works.

It's like the game wants to reload the both characters but it can't and then the next time as the last there was only one controller it works fine.
