Remove Shroud Walker from Copper Citadel Map NPC

During the boss fight at the end, the NPC will teleport out during the Sandstorm Shield Phase, dropping her shield, and causing the player to die. Incredibly frustrating after spending days searching for a citadel only to lose to an unintended interaction.
