Map disappears and loot filter no longer working

Everything was perfect until two days ago when the loot filter stopped working on my PS5. I restarted the game and the console but the problem persists. The loot filter really makes the game for enjoyable to play.

Also, when I leave a map to teleport to town, the map resets when I go back. I can't see where I've been and I have to retrace my steps every time I port to town. As you can imagine, this makes mapping so inefficient right now that I've stopped playing until the issue gets addressed.
