Improve ritual alter placements

Dogshit maps with dogshit ritual alter placements makes for great fun.
Not every build can facetank/aoe-oneshot all enemies on screen and require some spacing to not die. Need adjustments asap. Last bumped on Jan 28, 2025, 5:08:47 PM
