Show Item Tool Tip in Currence Stash Tabs even if no Item is stored in a Slot

Hi,

I really like the different Stash Tabs but I have one thing I would change, if I could:
Whenever I don't have an item equipped in a slot, e.g. when I run out of some kind of orb in the "Currences" stash tab, I should still be able to bring up the item tool tip when I hover over the empty slot.

This would help users, especially new ones, to get a quick overview of all items expected to be slotted into such a stash tab. And it would teach them about these items and what their purposes are.
