Balbala boss oneshots in High Tier Maps

Giving feedback on this particularly egregious example of a one-shot that needs to be dialed down. This is the Balbala boss that you have to break the seal to fight and the boss of the fortress map. When the boss comes out of the poison mist it does this insanely quick AOE that took down over 5500 EHP with capped res and chaos immunity. What's worse is that it entirely un-telegraphed and you literally have to go out of your way to come close to the boss for it to be visible in the smoke. It's absolutely unacceptable and needs to go.
