End game optimization

Hello, here to voice a concern about POE2 EA and my one complaint i have with it and ofc its the optimization in end game specifically T15+ mapping primarily in Breach/Ritual/Deli so act 1-3 and cruel 1-3 default settings went extermely smooth no issues at all at a solid 144fps,i think i had only 1 forced desktop crash in the entire campaign, however after reaching end game its all been down hill from there, iv lowered my settings to the lowest and optimized everything on the windows side of my pc also. Iv been looking for a solution for days and trying everything i could to fix the issues, i interact with the map mechanic and i am literally teleporting with frame drops until i get a "you died" screen and i didnt even see what hit me. As most people would people would probably agree this is the most frustating was to die imaginable, im not getting outplayed by mechanics of bosses or mobs or because im undergeared (i have 85% evasion with acrobatics,max all res's) no im dying because i literally cannot see what is happening to my character since he thinks he's the flash and is bouncing around the place, add in the dynamic rescaling at lower settings to help with fps and its a blur of colors and bs on my screen i have 0 control over. This generally makes me not want to continue playing the game as soon as i hit maps as theres no point if im just going to get skill issued by optimization rather than in game difficulty add in the fact gas arrow is still bugged and its a recipe for a fun time /s

As for pc specs im running a 3060ti, ryzen 7 5800x and 32gb of ram and a Gen 4 NVME PCIe M.2 SSD,its not super high end but it should need to be in the first place, iv also seen complaints with people of similar specs and higher so all,
I know its EA and thats fine and hopefully it gets ironed out sooner than later

Minimum and recommended setting so far are a complete scam , wierdly enough the content creators that run top of the line PCs are not affected and have no interest in talking about this .
