My characters disappeared

I went to bed and when I woke up my characters were no longer there
Did I lose them forever? Last bumped on Jan 28, 2025, 1:59:25 PM

Yes you did, GGG does not recover items/Characters for any reason, their customer service is amazing. I lost my 250 divine wand yesterday on a server crash too.
You can scan this forum, yoy can see hundreds of threads saying that they lost an item/character due to a bug/crash and GGG never in any instance recovered the item nor the character (You can see threads up to 5 years old even). |
