Breach feedback
1) Add a timer to top of screen to show how long breach is remaining, right now it is unclear how long a breach lasts and it appears to be determined by how fast mobs are cleared. Twisted domain does this very well and you know exactly what is going on. For certain classes with slower clear breaches can feel frustrating as they open/close very fast. Even with the 30% slower open/close atlas points
Opening clasped hands and killing rares in the breach should extend the timer 2) Items like breach splinters should be auto-looted, if you have one in inventory 3) Breaches sometimes spawn in bad locations - adjusting the logic so they always spawn in more 'open areas' on all sides - I think this is just a side-affect of #1 though, because when you clear the map in a bad spawn area, you have to try and rush somewhere else on the map but there is no timer so you have no idea what is going on.
