getting stutter spikes at regular intervals

https://imgur.com/a/lr4ywnO the graph should show what im referring to. happens fairly consistently despite fps always being over 100. the upscale mode doesnt seem to have an affect on it nor does switching between vulcan and dx12.
this was fairly constant since early access release and I play on 3440x1440 34" monitor.

cpu: i7-13700kf with 0x12b microcode update, running an undervolt profile (this happens when not undervolting as well, and before I updated to recent bios too).

gpu: 7900xtx radeon

ram: 32 gb ddr5

That's a CPU bound micro-stutter. Notice the frame loss is always accompanied by a noticeable CPU spike. I have the same, and I doubt there is a consumer-based solution. Personally, I suspect inefficient processes coming from the engine. I don't know what exactly makes the CPU spike, but I have it most often on maps where a bunch of data has to be generated quickly, like areas with lots of Urns, etc.
that's unfortunate, let's hope there is a fix rolled out in a future update. what chip do you have?

I forgot to mention this gets alot worse whenever I open a breach, massive performance drop which makes surviving those even harder than it already is.

Which makes sense. Apart from the visual clutter, breaches especially generate massive amounts of data in quick succession.

I'm on R9 5900x
