Skills from weapon, impossible to slot into skill bar

So I received a unique weapon with 2 skills :
Lightning bolt & spark Impossible to select spark from the weapon (sad cause it has 1 level higher than my current skill slot of spark) Verified all the stat requirements and no issues there... no clue as to why i cannot slot my skill from weap into the skill bar Last bumped on Jan 28, 2025, 11:06:07 AM
