Could you add another server for South America?

Right now we only have the Sao Paulo server in South America that lags tremendously during the day. I don't if it is network related or the hardware is reaching limit capacity affecting performance.

I live in Chile, my Internet connection 500/10 Mbps DOCSIS (https://www.speedtest.net/result/c/d5631206-1947-44c9-a1b8-1f8c71b5738b). My country is on the top5 in the Speedtest Global Index 2024 - Broadband Speed (https://www.speedtest.net/global-index). I mention this to establish that I don't have a bad Internet service and my country doesn't have the infrastructure.

I get a a more stable connection if I connect to the Washington server, but due the higher -but stable- ping (~140ms) is not ideal. Sao Paulo ping is ~70-90ms (not ideal neither), but we get constant spikes in the latency (I get it by pressing F1 in-game). Sometimes your character freezes and when comes back it moves super fast to catch up without pausing the game and sometimes you die because of it.

I think you should have a server in my country, I hope you do.

Also, right now a submarine cable is in being deployed between Australia and Chile, passing through the Polynesia (Humboldt Cable - https://www.submarinenetworks.com/en/systems/trans-pacific/humboldt-cable). Google says it will be operational by 2026
