Intense flickering in various maps

I am receiving a lot of flickering in different maps since around yesterday. It looks like a GPU giving up/screen tearing, but is picked up via discord streaming so don't believe it is my GPU.

It just occurred on the map Slick. Only contained an expedition.

Windows 11
AMD Ryzen 3700X
x64 based PC

I have this same issue. I find that if you clear the cache in %appdata%\pathofexile2 it fixes it for a decent amount of time. Horrible bug though makes the maps unplayable
