Stackable Uncut Skill Spirit and Support Gem

Yeah, uncut gems should be stackable if they're of the same level. What we currently have is likely ported directly from PoE1. That's why we have what we have right now. Pretty sure they can work on updating this in the future.

I paid money for the Gem tab, and I'm actually putting uncuts into regular tabs because of how bad the Gem tab is. 500 limit on what should be a stackable item. Imagine if 500 transmutes filled up your currency tab to capacity. Phrecia: 92 Scavenger
