People don't see my messages

When I send messages to global/trade chat or whisper people there seems no problem from my perspective. I can see my messages on screen without problem and there is no feedback like that I'm muted or chat banned. But people or my friends don't see my messages. But I can Direct Whisper via poe2 trade site when I want to trade. Is it bug or am i muted?
