Still unresolved since december 6

I sent a refund request on december 6. Got a follow up on december 27 asking for the transaction number. Haven't heard anything since so I can't say if I'm still in queue to get resolved or if my request fell into the abyss.

You might want to add a "follow your position in the queue" or something similar to follow your issue.
