[Zarokh] Please consider not giving player reasons to "go faster".

As title, tried the fight, aside from the slow time mechanic is not obvious enough for reaction first time around, movement speed appears to be mandatory here. Death crystal and trap already punish you for lacking movement speed, this boss outright require it.
I feel like the idea that the game supposed to be "Slow and Methodical" got dropped somewhere during the making of the campaign. Endgame is all about zooming, not unlike PoE1, albeit somewhat limited because of no movement skill or Quicksilver. (Breach and Delirium also encourage you to "go fast").

On a side note about boss mechanics as a whole.
I can't say in a professional level or say for everyone, but as a player I personally despite "gotcha" mechanics (instant death gimmicks, like the instant death DPS check at last 10% of HP in games like Granblue Fantasy). First introduced at Maven, then Eater of World, then T17 Drowning Orb, now this. Given the Maven mechanic is simple enough and gradually get harder, Eater of World have Maven voice line to clue you of what you need to do, and you can choose to not run maps with Drowning Orb at all, (also you have 6 attempts to learn that mechanic back to back), this one come out... rough.

Update: beat him second try with lv79 token thanks to Blink and +40% Movement Speed boon, +25% MS boot and 12% MS from relics.

Yeah, my first fight with Zarokh was intentionally blind, and I got crashed by this mechanic, without even understanding what's going on. It feels like a pointless movement speed check.

Most endgame mechanics were adopted from PoE1, and inherently demand speed. In both delirium and breach player is required to run and kill very fast.
I recently assembled my first breachstone, and was unpleasantly surprised with another literal timer.
