Divine Orbs, Item Inspection, Bad Patch generally..

Since the last patch I don't get any Divine Orb anymore this sucks hards. Don't know what they patch, wasn't a real Upgrade, more downgrade. Can't inspect the the Skills on my Gear anymore what Level it got on Console.. Wtf, and it still don't get patched since 2 weeks. Maps still bugged more than before, some of my yellow Enemies are bugged under map and can't complete it. Or sometime Bosses dont drop anything. And there are still enemies who drop attacks I can't see... Getting really frustrated to play more and more... Got a loot filter and see where the citadel, wow but what does this help me when gameplay was more bad than before.
