UI change for PC with Controller

There isn't an equivalent to ALT + Mouseover to get Item Level and stat ranges with controller.

Have to log out, change input to keyboard, and log back in to get this info.

Controller on PC could be alot better and we are missing features like zoom for no reason whatsoever.

Jonathan or Mark had alluded to a combined keyboard and controller with no swap coming, but it has yet to be implemented. Also some passive nodes like echoing pulse aren't even functional though they are there for some reason.

Great game but obviously alot of oversights and work to be done before it is ready and up to par with Poe 1.

Qol for some things introduced long ago in Poe 1 have somehow reverted or are bon existent here too. It's kind of weird tbh as if one team doesn't talk to the other or something? Same code from Poe 1 in some cases too, ie the tainted oil popup with distilled emotions, so why not copy and paste the qol too...

Anyway looking forward to seeing them bring this to the level of quality we have come to see in the first game
