F5 for hideout stopped working

I have no idea why and I cant check the hotkey because it doesnt exist in the options.

This is from an external addon like exiled exchange/poe 2 overlay etc. It just gives you a hotkey for the ingame command /hideout which you can type in chat. There is no ingame hotkey for it, so you just haven't started your external application.
