Gargantuan Mana Pots (Level 40) versus Transcendent Mana Pots (Level 50)
Note: Life Pots seem to be fine.
Mathematically, the Gargantuan Mana Pots you get at Level 40 seem to be better then the Transcendent Mana Pots you get at Level 50. While the total mana you get from the transcendent pots is higher, it's mana return per second is lower and does not seem to be an upgrade. e.g. You get the mana from the transcendent pots over 3.5 seconds while you receive the mana from the Gargantuan pots over 2 seconds. Over an extended period of time, the transcendent pots might be better (e.g. in a boss fight), but it ultimately just doesn't feel like an upgrade. Last bumped on Jan 27, 2025, 7:36:31 PM

I think this is intended, one type for builds that want mana quickly and one type for those who need it slower over time.

" Think about how much resources you can store... (It is more than 50% better.) And all those modifiers work on top of this bonus mana. Instant recovery gives more instant mana for example. Increased amount (or even better for you - recovery on low) is also affected by the base. You are getting how much? 10 less mana per second? And you get like more than 50% more mana total? This is side note... What I really wanted is to ask you this: What on earth are you playing that you are feeling this 10 mana per second difference?!? |
