Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Purchase Problem

I have e-mailed support regarding following subject two months ago.

It had been replied by support help who asked for additional information about a month ago, but I have yet to get it resolved.

I'm afraid that my ticket has moved back in line due to requested e-mail reply with additional information.

I've purchased Thaumaturge Of The Vaal Supporter pack, and

I would like to upgrade to the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter pack.

I would make the purchase if I could get the hoodie and the artbook; however, my previous decision to opt-out of physical goods is preventing me from getting physical goods for the upgrade I want to make.

Is there something we could do?
