Unlink steam account

I have reached out to support and sent them all of the information they required in an email to help unlink my steam account over a month ago. My account is still linked, and I haven't heard anything back since sending support my account info. Is there a time frame of generally how long this process takes?

Yes, as I previously stated...I have already reached out to support, support has responded asking me for info on my accounts, I supplied said info to support. I'm asking if you guys have a timeline on how long it takes to unlink a steam account? Thanks
