pc and ps5 early access on different accounts

When I first bought the ps5 early access support pack I was unaware that I had a poe1 account that was old and linked to my PlayStation account. my ps5 early access was connected to this account instead of the one I have attached to my steam account. I am unsure if I need to just buy a pc version on the account linked to the ps5 now or if I can somehow link the accounts I have on steam and the one I have on ps5?
I have already contacted support on this matter but after I answered the questions of account name and characters I have on the account I was sent an email stating that email support had been temporarily suspended because your team is unable to deal with the volume of requests. Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard.

I sent a more detailed link in a pm but your post conflicts with the email I received from support. In that email they said "Unfortunately we are not currently offering email Technical Support, due to limited staff resources. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause." this seems to indicate that currently there is no email technical support.
