Instil window wont appear

When I try to use the reforge bench to instil, I right click the emotion and I can see a window opening behind the reforge window, but I can't use it.

From videos online it seems it SHOULD appear as an "Instil" window, with "Instil" button, but mine stays as "Reforge".

Anyway to fix this widow issue ?

Don't use reforge bench, just right or was it left, click the distilled emotion in your inventory to open the window to instill.
