Pain Offering - Design bad for controllers

Pain Offering requires you to hover over minions to use it (or face it). While you can toggle the "place for better aim" in the skill option, it still is poorly working, because your character is facing the enemy mob... I have full archer minion build so i can not never face them and the Pain Offering just doesnt work.

My and reddits tip for makeover of the spell: Make (2 with support gem) random minions sacriface without hovering the minions or facing them.
