Water Hag Drowning

When using Chaos Inoculation the Water Hag mob almost instantly one shots you if you get stuck in the bubble, bypassing all ES and wiping the 1 HP that you have. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I didn't like the hags in POE1, don't like the new version even more. I hate 'you just die' mechanics, and the hag has them. I hate them to the point that when I found a build that could just spank the heck out of them? I cleared the zone, reset the instance, cleared the zone, reset the instance, etc. for about 2 hours straight.

If I could wipe the world of those b*tches, I'd spend however long it took so no one else had to ever deal with them again.

Sorry... just really strong feelings about them.

River Hags kills anyone in about 1-2 sec with their bubble no matter defenses. Not a bug.
