Guild Stash Tab

A friend and I each made our own guilds and each purchased stash tabs for them. We want to join together in a single guild but don't want to lose our stash tabs.
Is it possible to transfer a stash tab to another guild? If not, is it possible to get a refund for the stash tab so that I can purchase another with the new guild? I emailed support at support@grindinggear.com about 10 days ago with my account name, character names, and my guild's name but have not heard back yet. Is there a better way to contact support? Hi SpeedBoot, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard.
