CPU problem?

My characteristics:

GPU RTX 4060
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5500 3.60 GHz
RAM 16.0 GB
Motherboard Asus Prime B450M-A II
SSD drives

Right now I have 60 fps only in non-battle mode, but in the endgame on the maps whe I'm in the crowds of mobs, the CPU bar is overloaded, and the fps drops to 5 - 25.
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X will solve the problem, and if not, which one? I haven't planned to change AM4 socket yet, since I updated everything just a year ago. No changes to settings help
