Merged accounts, microtransactions have not carried across.
Has anybody who made this mistake ended up receiving support?
I have been told I should have access to the additional storage tabs I purchased during PoE1 for the PoE2 early access but that hasn't been the case. I initially contacted support highlighting my issue on the 13th December. I received a pretty generic response back on the 26th December, where they just told me to merge the accounts and a step by step process on how to do so, clearly not reading my initial email. the following day I respond with more detail about my issue. I've heard nothing since. I was happy to wait given how busy they were with launch but a month with no response seems pretty unreasonable? Last bumped on Jan 27, 2025, 2:13:43 PM
