" Yeah there was this "push" to using the "Community Team" account to post news instead of some GGG representative himself. That was the beginning of what we have now. It wasn't well received back then and Bex even had to make a statement about it. Not long after she left. I think they restructured their community support in some way that didn't go very well. |

Even in POE 1 alpha they were very responsive to feedback. They answered most of my forum post at that time. Now, I'm pretty sure they don't even read anything, just do their thing and follow their ''vision'' that nobody understand.
