Account has been locked for a month

My account was randomly locked on 12/30/2024 I emailed support and quickly got a response asking for some details about my account. I gave support the details and after that, I haven't gotten a response in almost a month. Should I contact support again, or should I just patiently wait longer?

This is an indie studio, they don't have many staff... Right now Rajiv is handling few hundred thousand tickets and it'll likely take until the end of the year..
