I cant find my ea keys and problem with physical goods

Im on ps5 and buyed all supporter packs but in poe 1 shop . I cant find any ea keys from the supporter packs . I havent pay extra for the physical goods either but i really want them too . i have send an email to the support with shipping address and with question how to pay for the shipping .
