POE2 Stuck on few things, Azag bog, sacrificial heart and my last 2 weapon points

Hello

1st, I couldn't do Azak bog quest in act 3 as i was to weak to handle that witch so I just put it of till later then I wend to do it and it was no issue but later I have done multiple time that witch in act 3 cruel but on my map I still have a scull with + like i haven't do it, and I have killed her just as I was posting this just to make sure, no luck still scull with + is on my map.



2nd, I have a sacrificial heart in my inventory form act 3 and I can't solve it I try to join party people had in Aggorath I cant as it says something about wrong quest state, I just forgot about it till I was going trough cruel difficulty then I have done quest in cruel and went back to normal and I just can't for reason stated.

last one, as Im not sure where I went wrong but I cant find quest with last 2 weapon points so I have 22 of 24.

It is just a visual bug from a few patches, I have it as well.
To check if you've really gotten the 100 spirit (that's the total you get from the campaign) just remove all your items and ascendancy points you might have that increase spirit to see.

Here you pretty much answered your own question,because this heart does give you 2 extra passive points in both normal and cruel acts.

Dont join a party, just go to your own waypoints and clear the map again. Drop the heart at sacrificial place and get the two points.

finally I managed to do this as It is not as obvious as it seems, I couldn't find Agorrat waypoint in act 3, as when gateway is used It sends me to riverbank, so I had no waypoint untill just now I try again and when I was teleported to riverbank my map changed and now I got Aggorat, Utzaal, Black chambers an Ziggurat and there's nothing else, but doesn't matter as I got my 2 points.
