Where are my Coins

I purchased a 200 coin pack over the weekend from the playstation store and have not recieved my coins, email support doesn't respond from the develpers so no other choice but to request a refund from playstation. Why have microtransaction for a game if you cant supply them.

Yes i have emailed support have not gotten a reply yet. I wanted to buy the stash Tabs that where on discount but that is not happening now as the discount is over.
