Put a timer on the shield wielders that reflect back

PLEASE GGG! PUT A CD TIMER ON THOSE SHIELD PROJECTILES If I am running Spark, or lightning arrow, having 30 projectiles suddenly home in on me because a shield boy walked into range of the AOE is retarded. Or... let us break their shields. Did your dev team actually play test that and say "Yea, it is fun to get assassinated because a shield boy who was out of screen range walked into the massive AOE spam and fired 30 high damage projectiles back"? Projectiles that get hidden UNDER your abilities, so you do not even see them until your health pool tanks. Please, fix those mobs.

The worst part is that they might actually tell people ''git gud'', like they suggested in the last stream they did when some of the problems players were having with difficulty were presented to them.

Yea, or people will be like "Just get better gear". Problem is, these shield guys appear in act 1. what gear can you have that will face tank 20 hits in under a second because you dropped a lightning rod/ lightning arrow combo and the shield guy managed to take all of the hits from the front?

Oh no, single mob that cause issues for spark build, deal with it
Stop spamming your attacks before you know what you're fighting.

I literally just ripped a HC ranger in act 1 with a single lightning rod/lighting arrow combo, because every hit of the chain from the rods hit the front of the shield, and I had 10 projectiles come back. So it is not just spark. I am going to assume that at least 2 of the remaining 6 classes will be ranged in a similar way. 1 attack combo is not spamming. And the shield guy was not in range of the lightning rods when I dropped them but walked in as soon as I hit the lightning arrow.

It is not just spark builds, but any non melee build. Just ripped a HC ranger in act 1 to a single one of these guys, because a single lightning rod and lightning arrow combo sent 10 projectiles back at me.

I died mapping to one of these. I was halfway through the map and knew they were there. But for the most part I can walk through maps right-clicking once a second and ignoring things. So I was chatting with the wife and noticed a rare one of these too late and died.

I don't like this mob, but I think I'm ok with it because it is the only one of its type. And there is no rare modifier that let's a random rare do the same thing. It's a frustrating learning experience for sure, but not nearly as bad as almost everything else in the game that kills you insanely fast with almost no warning.

Essentially, I begin mapping and as soon as I see one of these I have to remember that there is danger and temper my approach. When one appears I stop attacking and avoid the return projectiles. Then I walk into melee range so he puts his shield down and stabs. He does so slowly, so it is easy to avoid(simply continue walking past him). Then you cast and he eats death without any defense.
