I bought the coins in PS5 store, but they didn't arrive.
I read forums and after that wrote to support@grindinggear.com. But no any answer, not even any autoreply answer that made me sure my email was received by anyone. I even tried setup PoE1 and try go to the store to refresh something. I don't know what I can do now. Last bumped on Jan 27, 2025, 9:21:00 AM

I'm in the same situation bought a coin pack to get stash tabs on discount. now the discount are over. it will be easier requesting a refund from sony then getting assistance here.
