Guild Points Donation Issue

I accidentally donated 205 points via the website to my PoE 1 Guild instead of my PoE 2 Guild. The website is confusing, and I didn’t notice that there are about four different guild options (PoE 1, PoE 1 XBOX, PoE 1 PS...). I reported this mistake via email as soon as it happened, but I still haven’t received a proper response.

Where should I address my situation?

I raised this ticket over a month ago, back on 12/16.

This is frustrating. I want to spend money on my guild, but I’m still waiting for a solution to this issue first.
