TRADE SITE LATENCY VARIABLE

Please consider imposing a forced 3 min delay from posting an item before it is referenced officially to the public.

For fast moving tradeables, the players who live nearer the server will always be sniping the items.

Its ridiculous that by the time i can see the item available, its already been traded. And this is not a one off scenario, it happens continuously.

Consider implementing a system that makes it fairer to everyone.
